Random Chinese Quote: Make My Home Everywhere within the Four Seas. The World Is My Home (The World is My Oyster) ~ Xiao He to the Emperor (Han Dynasty)
Natural Attractions > Videos From the Top of Moon Hill

Video: Photos:
Here are a couple of videos taken from Moon Hill. The first one is from the Lookout at the official "top" of Moon Hill. You can see at the end of the first one where I climbed to in order to shoot the second video. I will be posting pictures later that will show how I got to the real top of Moon Hill, however, I was told that the various illegible signs said No Admittance. At that point there are no steps and only a harsh and difficult trail so I do not recommend the climb for everyone. I only saw one couple the whole time I was there make the climb to the top. You can hear from my panting in the second video too that I was pretty out of breath by the time I got up there.

The first video is technically taken from a Lookout near the top of Moon Hill. This is the best place to get a closeup view of the "moon" in the hill; however, if you want to actually stand on top of Moon Hill, then you need to go where I shot the second video from. Notice the lady in the first video. These people follow tourists up and down the hill in order to sell them anything... drinks, food, postcards. I normally don't buy stuff like this but I always feel bad at the end that they trekked with me the whole way that I end up buying a drink from them. A can of mango juice... 5 yuan. By the way, she wouldn't follow me past the lookout to the top. I wonder why?
